1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Mariia Ismagilova, trading as Maria Pokes, a tattoo artist based in Lisbon, Portugal.

2. Data we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we may collect:

• your name, email address, phone number, and city;
• the tattoo idea or message you choose to provide;
• optional reference images or file links;
• basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser type, and request logs;
• analytics information from Meta Pixel only if you accept optional cookies.

Please do not send medical information or other sensitive personal data through the quote form unless it is necessary for your request.

3. Why we use your data

• To review and reply to your tattoo enquiry and take steps toward a booking.
• To communicate about availability, design, preparation, and aftercare.
• To keep the website secure and prevent abuse.
• To understand website visits when you consent to optional analytics cookies.
• To comply with legal, accounting, or safety obligations where applicable.

The usual legal bases are steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating a secure service, consent for optional analytics, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Form delivery and service providers

Quote submissions are delivered to Maria Pokes through the existing Tilda form service. Optional reference files may be processed by Tilda’s upload service. The public website is hosted through GPT Sites, and some visual assets are delivered through Tilda’s content delivery network.

These providers receive only the information needed to provide their service. They may process data outside the European Economic Area under their applicable safeguards and contractual terms.

5. Cookies and analytics

We store your cookie choice so the website remembers it. Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID G-F4JCFS2QJL) and Meta Pixel (ID 942340787617703) are loaded only after you select “Accept optional”. They may then measure page views and quote submissions according to their respective privacy terms.

Google Consent Mode v2 defaults analytics and advertising storage to denied. Accepting optional cookies grants analytics storage for Google Analytics; advertising storage, ad-user-data, and ad-personalisation remain denied.

You can reopen your choices at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.

6. How long we keep data

Quote enquiries and reference files are kept only as long as needed to answer the request and manage a potential booking. They are normally deleted or anonymised within 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required for an active booking, legal claim, accounting, or another legal obligation.

7. Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

8. Security and updates

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please use the quote form only for information relevant to your enquiry.
